San Antonio, Texas If you haven't heard of artist Jason Limon, you are missing out on one of San Antonio's (and America's) very best fine artists of this modern age. His inventive, imaginative and transcendental themes make him a fitting addition to The Courrier. At first glance each piece looks like a pop-up book page come to life. Old crumpled and dog-eared corners abound, bent tin and wind-up keys are essential components of the tiny mechanisms created by Jason's unique and curious mind. He carries the viewer on a wild journey through the alphabet via intelligently placed word play and subliminal or out-right symbolic mysticism. Each of his works stand alone as a realized bit of true magic, but his entire body of work throughout the years is no less than a titan of a marvel to behold. Every stroke of his brush is a gift to the viewer. Like something of a dream made manifest, Jason walks us through the inner workings of his brain while inviting us to turn the looking glass inward toward ourselves. And what a splendid reflection he creates!

The Late Mr. Rich These are the three beautiful original illustration pieces I procured from our dear neighbor and family friend of two decades after his passing at his estate sale. He was always Mr. Rich to my brother and I, and he watched us grow up. He was kind and full of faith, and a damn good artist.
Featuring his work in The Courrier mail art gallery is my way of honoring his legacy. May the angels who carry him now be as beautiful as the ones he drew. San Antonio, Texas Artist Seth Camm is an incredibly gifted humanitarian who puts his talents to use in a way that aims to teach the world a lesson. His Homeless project which began in the 90's delivers a powerful message about an ongoing war on poverty. Seth shines his spotlight on the ignored, the abandoned and the lost, reminding us of a very real ongoing situation the world would rather forget. Mr. Camm's Homeless Project ensures we never do. Seth is a friend and colleague and I am honored to have had the unique privilage of sitting for him as Joan of Arc for his Saints series which was later showcased at The Tobin Center of the Performing Arts circa 2015 during their run of The Nutcracker Ballet.
