Sponsored EndorsementHere's the "scoop" on our staff review of Nightfood ice cream (pun intended). It's Ice cream, so naturally the whole family was involved in this taste-testing. Tough crowd as The Courrier CFO (AKA husband/dad) is also chef Joe A. Gomez III of NOVEM Cuisine - otherwise a culinary titan himself. To add, Aiden is an autistic 10-year old with sensory and texture issues which makes him the pickiest eater in the household. We all went into this knowing we weren't just trying ice cream; we were trying health food. However, it took just one bite of Bed & Breakfast and both Joe and I were raving about how much it tastes literally like pancakes and syrup. Not surprising as there are little chunks of pancake in the creamy blend. Aiden's pick was the Milk & Cookie Dough. I want to be very specific that it actually tasted like milk and cookies. He loves it. All around Nightfood is a winner for our family. And for a couple of hardworking adults who find it difficult to stay out of the kitchen for that last snack at the end of the night, it's the healthiest choice we can make. We will definitely be keeping it in stock and recommend others give it a try. It's also an excellent dietary source for those who are pregnant or nursing and easy to digest for those who experience acid reflux. Thanks for getting in touch with us, NF!
